HOW TO USE THE FILES

 

When you purchase a ClipartyShop product, you automatically acquire a Usage License, agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

 

PERSONAL USE: Use the files in personal projects, without any commercial or profit-oriented purposes.

COMMERCIAL USE: Use the files in the production of items for sale, limited to a maximum of 1000 final products per year.

 

YOU CAN:

- Use in the creation of physical final products.

- Use in the creation of digital final products, respecting the following rules:

• Our clipart files must be part of a NEW artwork (adding background, text, or other graphic elements to the composition).

• Digital final products must be non-editable, meaning the end buyer will only have access to the finished product, without any possibility of editing.

• Digital final products must not allow the extraction of the original files by third parties.

- Use in the creation of final products (for commercial use) for the following categories upon purchasing a Special Commercial License: embroidery matrices, themed confectionery items, felt items, fondant, cold porcelain and ceramic sculptures, printed fabrics, and wallpapers. If your production exceeds the maximum quantity of final products per year, you must purchase one of our Commercial Licenses.

 

YOU CAN NOT:

- It is not allowed to copy, sublicense, resell, transfer, donate, commercialize, share, or change the original ClipartyShop digital files, whether individually, collectively, or as part of bundles.

- Selling and/or distributing links, PDFs, images, or any other formats containing the original files is not allowed.

- Editing the files, mixing them with other elements, and selling them as a Bundle or Kit is not allowed.

- Selling and/or distributing any digital products that do not adhere to the aforementioned rules is not allowed.

- Using the images to create “Freebies” (digitally distributed graphic pieces) is not allowed.

- Using the files in products (physical and/or digital) with mass and unlimited distribution (for personal and/or commercial use) is not allowed.

- Using the files to create logos, mascots, banners, or any other elements associated with a brand, entity, or group is not allowed.

- Using the files to create any Editorial materials without a Special License is not allowed.

- Creating editable templates (using Templett, Canva, etc.) for sale or distribution using the files is not allowed.

- Using the products to create websites, blogs, software, games, and similar applications is not allowed.

 

SPECIAL USES

- Mass Production: If you require large-scale production (for more than 5000 physical final products), please contact us via email at clipartyshop@gmail.com for further information.

- Editorial Production: The use of files in editorial pieces (such as educational materials, magazines, workbooks, and books) is only permitted for publishers with a Special License. Please get in touch via email at clipartyshop@gmail.com, describing the proposal and print run of the material.
